Get Bodied 8 Week Full Body Guide is a gym based program. This guide is for someone who is looking to grow their muscles, guidance in their training split and get into a simple gym routine. This 8 week guide is a general overview of how I train in the gym.
Each workout is between 45 minutes to 75 minutes long.
Typically I train 5-6 times a week, leaving with 1-2 rest/recovery days. Included are links a video instructional library with "how-to" clips performing the exercises. You have lifetime access to this guide upon purchase!
You will need access to squat racks or smith machines, cables, dumbbells, hip abduction machine, and other various machines.
